Rental Rates for 2025

Spring Rental - April 5, 2025 through June 14, 2025

$450/night (Three night minimum)

 

Summer Rental - June 14, 2025 though August 30, 2025

$6000/week (One week minimum)

 

 Fall & Winter Rental - August 31, 2025 through April 4, 2026

$450/night (Three night minimum)

 

2025 Holiday Rentals

Labor Day - August 28, 2025 through September 1, 2025

 

$600/night (Five night minimum)

 

Thanksgiving - November 22, 2025 through November 29, 2025

Christmas - December 20, 2025 through December 27, 2025

 

$5000/week (One week minimum)

Additional Fees

Maine Lodging Tax - 9% of total rental fee

 

Security Deposit - $500 (refundable per terms below)

 

Cleaning Fee - $200 (charged for full week rentals)

Payment Schedule

Initial deposit of 50% of the total rental amount due at time of booking to confirm reservation.

 

Remaining 50% balance plus $500 security deposit due 60 days before date of check-in.

Security Deposit Terms & Conditions

$500 Security Deposit will be refunded in less than 10 days provided:

 

• No excess cleaning is required
• No damage is found, beyond normal wear and tear
• The property is left in the same condition as found at check-in
